Pastoral Care Policy

ST JOSEPH’S COLLEGE PASTORAL POLICY AIMS TO :

  • Enhance the self esteem of pupils.
  • Encourage pupils to take responsibility for their actions.
  • Encourage pupils to set high standards for themselves.
  • Allow teachers and pupils to acclaim success.
  • Give pupils opportunities to exercise leadership.
  • Prepare pupils to contribute as citizens, in a constantly changing society.

 

MISSION STATEMENT

St Joseph’s College is a Catholic, Co-educational School with emphasis on Partnership, Quality Care and Enjoyment. It is a whole-school responsibility to promote the ethos and behaviour-management policy of the school. We ask everyone to be active in this role.
